WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
BOOKFORGE accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. When the item(s) are received back at BOOKFORGE we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee. BOOKFORGE also reserves the right to deny a return and refund if the item is returned damaged in any way.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, BOOFORGE will ship internationally. Please contact us before placing your order so we can get a shipping quote for you.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?
We would love to help you with gift wrapping services. Please contact us directly with your gift wrapping needs and we will do the best be can to accommodate you.
There will be an additional cost for gift wrapping directly correlating to what you require.
CAN PEOPLE COME VISIT YOUR BINDERY/STUDIO?
Without a doubt. BOOKFORGE is open to the public and we’re happy to show visitors around during our weekday work hours. Advance notice does help us carve out some time, though, so please contact us ahead of time if you’d like to arrange a visit.
